We suggest you research any item being purchased from us for additional information that may not be present on this website. We are not responsible for plant related allergy, illness, or death of a person or pet. Received products may slightly differ from advertised photos. We do not offer refunds and all returns will be handled on a case by case basis.

Shipping and Handling

All purchased products will be shipped out in 1 to 3 days. Plants will be delivered by either UPS or USPS based on destination. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions or mishandling by carriers. Contact us with your name, order, and a photo of the damage so we can assess the situation and provide assistance.
